INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not provide international shipping service at this time. International shipping cost is usually much more expensive and mainly determined by the package weight. Besides, there are additional cost, including but not limited to duties, insurance, etc. We apologize for any inconvenience that may cause. We promise you that we will provide this service to our customers overseas in the near future when our warehouses in your region are established.
ORDER PROCESSING INSTRUCTIONS
We promise to process subscription orders within 1-2 business days, to meet your shipping expectations.
We will process your online orders within 2-5 business days and ship the goods you ordered. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within a specific period of time, as many factors beyond our control may cause the delay on delivering the products to you, such as extreme weather, supply chain disruption, global or regional emergencies, etc. However, our team will do our best to meet your expectation.
RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT
If you enter incorrect mailing address when you place your orders, please do contact us ASAP. Otherwise, it may cause loss of your goods or additional cost may be incurred if you contact us after your orders have been processed and your products have left our warehouse. In the case of this situation, the cost of re-shipment will be at your expense.
